- If you registered with a work/hospital email, network filters may delay or block messages. Consider adding a personal email to your order or contacting us below.

When will I receive my livestream access link?
Access links will be emailed in January 2026.
I didn't receive a confirmation email. What should I do?
Follow the email delivery tips above. If you still can't find it after 10 minutes, contact us at abss@sesprseducation.com with your name and registration email.
Can I change my registration email?
Yes! Contact us at abss@sesprseducation.com with your current and new email addresses.
What are the technical requirements?
You'll need a modern web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari) and a stable internet connection.
What is your refund policy?
Full refunds minus a $75 processing fee are available until November 15, 2025. No refunds will be given after November 15, 2025. Contact us to request a refund.
I'm having trouble with my work email. What should I do?
Many hospital and corporate networks have strict email filters. We recommend using a personal email address (Gmail, Yahoo, etc.) for registration to avoid delivery issues.
