Important: Most 3rd-party email services like Gmail, Yahoo, and others love to flag legitimate email as spam. So please check your spam folder if you are expecting a reply. If you find our email in your spam folder, please mark it is as “not spam” to help ensure future communication.

If you’ve registered using your hospital email address and don’t receive our emails in your inbox, please be aware that many hospitals may block or filter external emails.  Contact your hospital’s IT department and ask them to whitelist our email domain.

During the live event, support will be available here via chat.

To reset your password:

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Click on ‘Forgot Password’
  3. Enter your registered email address
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link
  5. Follow the link to create a new password
